Nervous Water is home to Honolulu’s most trusted and experienced guide service. We currently offer guided walk-in fishing trips on the island of Oahu. Use of top shelf G. Loomis tackle is available for no added charge! Prices also include flies, leaders, and transportation within the Honolulu/ Waikiki area.
2010 rates for 1 or 2 anglers
$250 for a 4 hour half day trip
$400 for an 8 hour full day trip

Nervous Water is proud to feature Ed Tamai as our head guide. Ed was born and bred here on Oahu, and has fished here since he was a little boy. A lifetime spent on the water has given Ed a wealth of knowledge about the Hawaiian reefs, the plants and animals that live there, and the tides and currents which control their lives. Ed is happy to pass this knowledge on to his clients, whether guiding experienced saltwater anglers to a trophy bonefish, or helping beginners catch their first saltwater fish on a fly rod. Ed is a member of the G. Loomis pro staff and their featured fly fishing guide in Hawaii.

Nervous Water is fortunate to have had some of the best anglers in Hawaii as our former guides. Kevin Faucheux and Lars Akerberg have both moved on to pursue their careers on the US mainland- Kevin to New Orleans, and Lars to New York City. We wish them all the best in their new endeavors.
